Generation candidates have an attitude like we have never seen anywhere else. They want to be here, this is more than just a job for them, it’s a career.”

What makes Generation candidates so great?

Our intensive full-time training nurtures passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds into high-performing team members.

1. Design

We select skills bootcamps that meet the specific needs of employers in our local areas. Before launching every Bootcamp we conduct dozens of employer interviews to understand specific career paths and hiring pain points (skills shortage, diversity, etc).

2. Mindsets

On top of the profession-specific technical skills gained on programme we teach our learners different Generation mindsets, to help them thrive in the working environment, they learn personal responsibility, future orientation, growth mindset, and persistence.

3. Diversity

Our learners are from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and have previously faced barriers to employment. They represent the community your organisation serves and bring value through different lived experiences and cultures.

How we solve your hiring challenges
