Generation UK is a charity providing free career-launching skills bootcamps. We have helped over 1000 learners into life-changing and sustainable tech careers with some of the UK’s top employers since we launched in 2019 – you could be next!

Haven’t got a degree? No problem! We do not select candidates based on experience or qualifications, instead we’re looking for you to show an eagerness to learn and pursue a career in the tech sector. More than 110 learners without degrees have joined Generation Data programmes and have gone into roles with an average starting salary of £25K.

• Expert tutors: We provide tutoring from industry experts, held in a live online classroom where you will be able to learn from and interact with around 25 like-minded peers. Our classes are made to be interactive, filled with engaging activities and breakout sessions where you will work on topics including solving technical problems and developing your industry knowledge through activities like role-plays with other learners.
• One to one mentoring: Our mentoring team work with you on a one to one basis throughout the programme and for six months after and are there to answer any questions you have, support you through any challenges you face and, make sure you are equipped with everything you need to succeed on programme.
• Connection to employers: When you complete your programme our employability team will connect you to employers keen to hire Generation learners and help to secure your first job in the tech sector.
