IT Support Hiring with River Island
Our partnership with UK retail chain River Island, which started in 2020, has successfully led to hiring 11 motivated alumni from the Generation IT Support Bootcamp free training course. Thanks to our collaboration with talent and tech teams at River Island, we’ve supported people facing barriers to employment into life-changing careers.
Partnering together was an opportunity to support the River Island talent team in the unique way we collaborate at Generation:
- Helped them to fill skills gaps within tech teams
- Recruited from our diverse, motivated talent pool
- Each trained with behaviours, mindsets and profession specific skills required to work on their service desk.
