Why get involved?

We’re expanding our outreach efforts to better engage with potential learners interested in our skills bootcamps. Our team meets potential learners at Job Centres, careers fairs, through referrals partners, online webinars – and more!

Our latest impact report shows we supported 800 learners in 2025, and we want to reach even more this year! Our research shows that alumni referrals, word of mouth and testimonials are a key way to reach new potential applicants who are facing barriers to employment.

Your voice matters, we want to help underemployed people looking for a life-changing opportunity to understand:

• What Generation means to you and how they could benefit from free training
• The impact it has had on your career journey
• Your experience during the bootcamp
• The support you received in securing your role and how placement phase support works.

We’ve welcomed tech alumni like Gracia to online information sessions, and green programmes grad Faisa has volunteered to speak at events and share her story as part of our Alumni Board.
