Our 2025 Impact Report
We’re delighted to share our 2025 Impact Report, published in April 2026, which you can view in full here.
Download the reportOur new annual report showcases the progress Generation UK made in 2025 toward our 3-year strategic ambitions: deepening our impact, remaining agile to employer demand, investing in our people, and building the foundations for future scale.
In a year where unemployment has continued to rise and the job market itself is rapidly shifting, we are extremely proud of the impact we’ve achieved and the ~800 learners that we’ve supported in 2025.
We’re proud to work with our learners who face barriers to employment, and our beneficiaries who make life-changing, meaningful careers possible.
“Gaining employment has given me financial stability and a sense of direction” – Dylan, IT Support alumnus
Read the full report to learn more about about our work, partnerships and to read stories from our alumni:
- Our learners: we improved reach to our target learner groups informed by alumni board contributions, and we hear from Codie and Dylan on the impact that Generation has had on their financial stability (pages 6-7).
- Our long term impact and durability data: we now have data on 60% of our alumni who completed programmes more than 18 months ago. Independent evaluation showed positive year-on-year salary growth for those learners that exceeds industry benchmarks (page 9).
- Our future plans: a sector-leading Randomised Control Trial to address NEET youth unemployment, plans to scale our impact through college partnerships, and we continue to update programmes in response to changing employer needs (page 10).
Thank you to all our learners, colleagues, trustees, employer partners and our beneficiaries for your ongoing support for Generation. This impact would simply not be possible without the support of our partners.
Keep an eye out for updates soon on our impact across the regions!
