We’re delighted to invite you to our special online webinar hosted by Generation UK where we will be discussing the importance of capturing Long Term Outcomes data, the challenges that come with that, and practical (and cost-effective) approaches that can be used.

To do so we will share Generation’s experience and results on this, which will be published in our report: Career & Salary Journey of Generation UK Alumni.

This exciting report, conducted by ImpactEd presents an independent, external evaluation of Generation UK’s long-term outcomes, and offers a comprehensive picture of the career progression and salary trajectories of our alumni over time.

The findings complement and support what we have been learning from re-developing our in-house data collection on our alumni where we’ve over doubled our data completion rates, enabling us to strengthen our evidence base and better understand our long-term impact.

During the session, we will:

Share key findings from the report, including long-term employment and earning trajectories
Explore how we moved from 30% to 70% data completion on long term outcomes in just two years and why this matters for the sector
Hear directly from Generation alumni on their career journeys and their participation in long-term outcomes tracking

Who should attend?

This event is for delivery organisations, funders, industry bodies and policymakers.

Whether you are familiar with Generation or new to our work, we hope you will join us to engage with these findings and the conversations they inspire.

While the data itself is compelling, the true focus of this session is collective learning; how we built this evidence base, what it reveals, and how it can strengthen partnerships that improve economic mobility. We also warmly encourage you to share this invite with colleagues and any partner organisations who may be interested in the process behind this work.

We would be delighted if you could join us.

If you have any questions ahead of the event, please feel free to reach out to Caitlin Davidson at caitlin.davidson@generation.org.uk
